The American Cheese Society (ACS) is excited to announce that the cheese community will gather in Providence, RI, from July 13-16, 2027, for our annual conference.

Every summer, when we come together for our conference, the energy, passion, and camaraderie of our organization are on full display. The conference brings together people from every aspect of our community, from cheesemakers to retailers, distributors, educators, scientists and cheese enthusiasts. It is a time to learn, reconnect, exchange ideas, and celebrate the people and products that make the cheese industry so special.

ACS is thrilled to return to Providence, which last welcomed us in 2015 for “Cheese Camp,” an event remembered fondly by many members. Returning more than a decade later offers an opportunity to celebrate that history while creating a new experience shaped by how much the industry, and ACS, has grown.

With its vibrant food culture and strong appreciation for local producers and artisans, Providence offers a unique setting for the ACS community. The Rhode Island Convention Center will serve as the central gathering place for education, relationship-building, industry conversations and exceptional cheese.

Additional information about the 2027 conference, including programming and event details, will be shared in the coming months. Registration and hotel reservations are expected to open in March 2027.

We look forward to welcoming the cheese community back to Providence!
