A native Floridian, Linda Brockman has written for the Miami Herald, been a Miami stringer for the New York Times and has edited the port-of-call books for cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean and Carnival.

A self-described foodie and ever-curious turophile, she loves to travel and explore the ways in which different cultures and regions interpret favorite dishes.
