Pam Parseghian

Pam Parseghian studied at the Culinary Institute of America before working in professional kitchens in the United States and Europe. She then became the food editor at Cook’s magazine and later, Nation’s Restaurant News’ digital and print magazines.

Now she’s a freelance food writer/editor and cooking teacher at Sur La Table and also at a NJ State juvenile detention center. She lives in Princeton, NJ with her husband George.
